Please choose either an initial consultation or a follow up. If we have not seen you in over nine months, you will need to book an initial consultation to cover time spent discussing changing circumstances.

Initial Consultation | 60-75 mins

At your initial conversation we will review your health history in detail, including your current dietary intake, medication and supplement use. We will discuss your nutritional goals, and formulate a personalised plan containing realistic and practical steps to help you reach them.

Follow-up Consultation | 30-45 mins

Each follow-up appointment is an opportunity to review your current progress, answer your nutrition questions, provide additional resources and support, and help you to identify and manage the barriers standing between you and your goals.

Cancellations

We understand that family commitments can change, if you need to change your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice or the full appointment fee applies.  Please contact us to change your appointment.
